By using CmntLink, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our service.
Use of service
You agree to use CmntLink only in compliance with Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines. Spamming, harassment, or abuse of the automation system may result in immediate account termination.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are offered within 30 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied.
Limitation of liability
CmntLink is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
