Information we collect
We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, password), information from Instagram via the Meta API (post data, comment data, DM metadata), and usage data to improve our service.
How we use your information
We use your data solely to operate and improve CmntLink — including sending automated DMs, displaying analytics, and providing customer support. We never sell your data.
Meta / Instagram data
CmntLink is a Meta Business Partner and uses the official Instagram Graph API. We access only the permissions you explicitly grant. You can revoke access at any time from your Instagram settings.
Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting hello@cmntlink.io.
Security
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest) and regular security audits to protect your data.
